best ever Banana Bread

This is a “go-to” in our house as everyone, and I mean EVERYONE loves our banana bread. I substitute whole wheat flour for white flour sometimes. Honestly, it comes down to what I have in the pantry at the time. This recipe is moist, flavorful and easy!

Pasta Puttanesca

Start to finish… 30 minutes! While it looks like you have been in the kitchen for hours. The flavor is unreal from the anchovy, capers and olives. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes for a little extra kick.

Artichoke, spinach & prosciutto flatbread

My oldest daughter loves to help with this one. My family would attest - she is a proscuitto fanatic. The spiced honey adds a nice flavor and adds to the fun for a two year old!

Arugula, lemon and parmesean salad

We have arugula in our fridge at all times! This is a constant for us. For a quick weeknight add, we omit the honey and our dressing incudes a squeeze of lemon, drizzle of olive oil and pinch of salt. For extra crunch, I sometimes add finely chopped almonds or pine nuts.
