best ever Banana Bread
This is a “go-to” in our house as everyone, and I mean EVERYONE loves our banana bread. I substitute whole wheat flour for white flour sometimes. Honestly, it comes down to what I have in the pantry at the time. This recipe is moist, flavorful and easy!

This can be vegetarian by following the recipe or I sometimes add roasted halibut or tuna if we need to bump up our seafood intake for the week. Its pretty, satisfying and delicious!
Arugula, lemon and parmesean salad
We have arugula in our fridge at all times! This is a constant for us. For a quick weeknight add, we omit the honey and our dressing incudes a squeeze of lemon, drizzle of olive oil and pinch of salt. For extra crunch, I sometimes add finely chopped almonds or pine nuts.

We do tacos A LOT at our house. They are quick, easy and very much a DIY style. Pair with some great guac and pico and you have yourself a crowd pleasing spread -
